Weekly meal plan #4 (Feb. 6-12)

This week is a little special because I’m making two of my own recipes! Triple P (pear, provolone and prosciutto) stuffed pork tenderloin with honey balsamic sauce AND chicken broccoli cheese stuffed baked potatoes. I’ll post recipes later this week.

Monday

Mexican chicken corn chowder

Tuesday

Italian chicken meatball parmesan over spaghetti squash; kale Caesar salad. I’m using this recipe for the meatballs but smothering it with cheese and (store bought) sauce and baking it like a parmesan.

Wednesday

Triple P (pear, provolone and prosciutto) stuffed pork tenderloin with honey balsamic sauce and a sweet potato. Follow my recipe.

Thursday

Parmesan crusted tilapia, herbed quinoa and brussels sprouts in garlic butter.

Friday
