This week is a little special because I’m making two of my own recipes! Triple P (pear, provolone and prosciutto) stuffed pork tenderloin with honey balsamic sauce AND chicken broccoli cheese stuffed baked potatoes. I’ll post recipes later this week.
Italian chicken meatball parmesan over spaghetti squash; kale Caesar salad. I’m using this recipe for the meatballs but smothering it with cheese and (store bought) sauce and baking it like a parmesan.
