Today I did our taxes and learned we will have to pay a little more than we expected. Being cheap started with meal planning, as I checked the freezer, refrigerator and cupboards for things we can already have that I can use. I wanted to buy as little as possible at the grocery store. We’ll continue that way for a few weeks.
Pork chops smothered in sun-dried tomato pesto and mozzarella, rice, and asparagus
Marinated pork tenderloin, sweet potato, broccoli
Lemon butter cod, baked potato, salad (yes, we liked it so much last week that we’re having it again!)
Leftovers or out for dinner
